Yang Style Tai CHi

Tai Chi combines exercise and relaxation in a series of continuous, flowing movements. Though originally created as a system of self defense, there are many medical benefits to be derived as well, including stress reduction, lower blood pressure, and better cardiovascular fitness. Other benefits include better balance and coordination and improved everyday physical function.
